CHRISTOPHER LEVINGSTON

Christopher Levingston is an Accredited Specialist in Immigration Law at the Law Society of New South Wales and was admitted to his specialization on 1 September 1995. He was first admitted to practice as a Barrister of the Supreme Court of New South Wales on 8 August 1986 and was subsequently admitted as a Solicitor on 10 February 1989. He holds an unrestricted practicing certificate and has been a Registered Migration Agent since 1993. In the nearly 20 years he has practiced in this highly complex and contentious jurisdiction he has developed a well deserved reputation as a leader and innovator. He has provided both media commentary as well as input to Government processes and has been behind some of the strikingly innovative developments of day-to-day legal practice. He lectures extensively for both CPD and other practitioner courses run by the University of New South Wales. He was recently recognized as a Senior Practitioner and as one of the “best of the best”. His particular forte is his capacity for strategic and tactical planning and the resolution of complex problems.

RAJAB ALI SHEIKH

Mr Rajab Ali Sheikh has an extensive experience of 17 years with the Immigration Section of the Australian High Commission, Islamabad in Immigration related affairs i.e assessments, counseling, analyses, investigations and examination of documents etc.

He has first hand knowledge of Australia Immigration legislation, policies and procedures along with years of experience in detection and training on documents and document analysis. All of those skills are now available for bona fide applicants.
